Queen Takes Royal Family Selfie for Mothers Day

At first glance, it appears that the royal family has been caught up in the selfie craze. A series of pictures have leaked showing the Queen taking pictures on an iPhone adorned with Corgis. Royals including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge lean in to pose for the camera.

Unsurprisingly, these photos are actually fake. They were commissioned by gift retailer NotOnTheHighStreet.com and produced by renowned artist and satirical photographer Alison Jackson. They imagine the Duchess of Cambridge’s first Mothers Day this Sunday, featuring a napping Prince William and baby George playing in a toy crown. It even includes the UK’s official Kate Middleton lookalike. Take a look at the photos below of this cheeky and light-hearted Mothers Day PR stunt.
