Trampoline Bridge proposed in Paris

By on Monday, November 26, 2012

AZC, an architectural company in Paris responded to ArchTriumph’s brief ‘A Bridge in Paris’ with a proposal to install an inflatable trampoline bridge; to bounce your way over the River Seine.

It appears to us that Paris has enough bridges. Our intention is to invite its visitors and inhabitants to engage on a newer and more playful path across this same water. We propose an inflatable bridge equipped with giant trampolines, dedicated to the joyful release from gravity as one bounces above the river.”

An amazingly fun concept; bounce across the river with the beautiful scenic view of Paris around you. Of course this proposal could never go ahead, but what a refreshing idea, taking 3rd place in the competition.

It even has a slide to get off, and a diving board to enter! “Contemporary urban enjoyment”.
