Road safety body art

Emma Hack, a body-painting artist, has created an entire car out of the bodies of 17 men and women as part of the Motor Accident Commission’s new campaign launched in Adelaide, South Australia.

The concept created by advertising agency Clemenger BBDO Adelaide, showed a hatchback that look like it has been involved in a car crash to target low-level speeders.

The artwork took 18 hours to create, using models who were naked except for G-strings and then painted in blue, white, black and silver to highlight the car details including number plate and alloy wheels.

The fact that a picture story from down under is receiving so much press recognition over here demonstrates the resounding international success of this campaign.
