Dazzling Digits with Myleene Klass

This is a campaign I’m responsible for so I’ll be blowing my own trumpet a bit. Myleene Klass launched her own set of nail wraps in November last year. We’ve been working on many different ways of promoting them. This is a really successful example.

Myleene Klass created bride-to-be Rochelle Wiseman (of the Saturdays) some very special nails to wear for her hen night. She designed a set of nail wraps with the face of Rochelle’s fiancée, Marvin Hume (of JLS).

Myleene tweeted: “Bonus of having your own nail range is you can make THESE! Mini Marvs! #rocheshen #myleeneklassnails”

Both wore the nail wraps all night. They were papped and the nail wraps were mentioned across the national press and online including The Huffington Post, Mail Online, Metro, the Daily Mirror and OK.co.uk.

It’s a good example of how the power of celebrity and a really simple idea combine to send the media into a feeding frenzy.
